Let’s Celebrate Our Roses! Cash Prizes & Ribbons!
Did you know that the Rose Festival Rose Show is a recreation of the early Rose Shows held in Broken Arrow starting in 1924? The local paper reported that almost every home ‘humble or aristocratic’ had a rose garden. We were known as “The City of Roses and Sparkling Spring Waters.” Help us commemorate our return to this beautiful part of Broken Arrow history!
Our Rose Show is a fun event. Whether you’re a beginning rose grower or an expert…this is the perfect place to showplace your roses.
What to do –
Bring your roses and as many as you like. Bring your friend’s and neighbor’s roses and enter under their names. No need to know the name or type of rose. We have vases for single roses. Your roses must be grown in your yard, not bought at a store. Pick up your roses and vases by 5pm, Saturday Sept 30.

The Big White Rose Show Tent, Main Street Square, 301 S Main Street. Corner of Dallas & Main, Broken Arrow, OK 74012
When: Friday Sept 29, 5-7:30pm and Saturday, Sept 30, 8:00-11:00am
Judging 11-12 pm Sept 30. No admission to Rose Show during judging.
Winners are announced at 1:00 pm.

- 7 colors: Red, Yellow, Pink, White, Purple, Orange/Apricot, Blended/Two Color
- Miniature
- Most Fragrant
- Youth (12 years & under)
- Small Bouquet of roses – 12″ height and under
- Large Bouquet of roses – above 12”
- Mixed Bouquet: Roses and other flowers
- Best in Show
