Stop by our Kids’ Zone in the Rose District on Saturday, October 2 to decorate your kite! Rose Kites Over Broken Arrow is on Sunday, October 3 at the Event Park. The Event Park is located at 21101 E 101st Street, Broken Arrow, OK. This event kicks off at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 4:00 p.m. We cannot wait to see your beautiful art take flight!!!
